RIO LANGE
Rio Lange graduated from Cornell’s Business School with a focus in Marketing and Design and chose Ithaca as the perfect place to raise her family and start a career.
During her time at Cornell, she studied hospitality management, marketing, architecture and design, property management, event planning, finance, and entrepreneurial business planning. Rio considered many different career paths in these fields until she found that running a real estate business would utilize every single one.
After Rio's own home-search and real estate agent interactions, she was determined to set a higher standard of service than she was coming across time and again. Rio joined Keller Williams and started her own business as a REALTOR. She focused on exceeding client expectations and redefining home-marketing, quickly realizing this business is a true passion of hers.
Rio started Welcome Home Ithaca to showcase all things Ithaca and all things home. She loves her area, this industry, the people she meets, and the outcomes she brings. Rio has been absolutely fabulous during our home buying journey! Being brand new to the area we were originally set up with a realtor through USAA as part of a promotional program and were highly disappointed, we were having to pull teeth to even get answers about homes. From the minute I contacted Rio about using her services, she did not stop going at bat for us. Any request or question I had she had an answer within a few minutes. There was a home not even on the market yet that she got us first showing for since she knew how much I loved it! We will be closing on that home tomorrow because of her persistence of getting us in there. She gave amazing recommendations of a lender to work with as well!
